Come on guys Please tell me about this item...

All I remember is I brought all of my matchbox cars from 1 shop. I went every week and brought 1 car with my pocket money. mum took me thier since as far back as I remember..since I was 5 anyway.(1970).about 1980-82 I went back into that store and they remembered me..I saw this sitting on display in the shop and had to have it..

They said something about the world rep had been in store and since they had brought so many for so long he gave it to them..

I've thought of selling it a few times..BUT I know a couple of collectors who have as they claim everything made by matchbox..and truly they have big rooms glassed out and full of little gems..But they dont have one of these..

I turned down $1000 about 15 years ago..did I do the right or wrong thing?.
I still today have never seen or seen a ref to anther one..

Must add when I got this the 1:75 cars were still made in England..Having Singapore on it allways seamed odd..

But it was Matchbox and a must have..

I have no idea what my folks did with all of my cars..I today only have 3-5 that I got as a kid..

Plus my plate.

I have never seen this before. I would guess that it is a gift for employees, never released to the public. You are very lucky to have this.
